That's it! No invitation code required. If you are among the first 1,000 users to meet these requirements and the reward pool has not yet been fully distributed, you will be eligible to earn a 10% bonus on your first investment, up to €100, credited after maintaining your investment for one month.
Terms and conditions
Please review the following terms and conditions to ensure you understand and agree to the giveaway rules:
Giveaway Period: The giveaway starts on February 05, 2024, at 12:00 PM (UTC) and concludes on April 30, 2024, at 11:59 PM (UTC).
Eligibility: Participants must create a verified Givearn account during the Giveaway Period to be eligible for the reward. Accounts created prior and after the Giveaway Period are not eligible.
Reward Qualification: Only the first 1,000 participants who register and complete at least one cryptocurrency purchase during the giveaway period are eligible to receive a reward.
Reward Amount: The reward will amount to 10% of the participant's first Fiat investment through the app, up to a maximum of 100 EUR in the form of the crypto 'Portfolio'.
Processing Rewards: Eligible users will notice a 'Gift' transaction marked as 'processing' within one week following their initial investment.
Complete Rewards: The 'Gift' transaction will be marked as 'complete', and rewards will be credited to the winners' accounts within one week following a 30-day mandatory holding period.
Giveaway Expiration: This giveaway ends when either 1,000 participants have completed a purchase or when the total value of 'Processing Rewards' reaches 10,000 EUR, whichever occurs first.
Withdrawal Policy: Should an eligible participant withdraw any of the invested funds within the 30-day period, they will forfeit their eligibility, and the 'Gift' transaction will be marked as failed.
Failed Transactions: Users disqualified from eligibility cannot reclaim failed 'Gift' transactions and are no longer eligible for the giveaway.
Multiple Accounts: The use of multiple accounts for entry is strongly discouraged and will result in disqualification, verified through our identity verification process.
Reward Policy: No substitution or transfer of the reward to a third party is permitted.
Tax Responsibility: Reward winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on the reward. Any additional expenses related to reward receipt and utilization are the sole responsibility of the users.
Crypto Valuation: The value of the crypto 'Portfolio' distributed is determined at the exchange rate at the time of distribution, at Givearn's sole discretion.
Program Adjustment: Givearn reserves the right to modify the reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or terminate the giveaway at any time, at its sole discretion.
Referral Exclusion: Referred users are ineligible for simultaneous giveaway and referral rewards; the Referral Program takes precedence over other marketing programs.
Program Exclusivity: Giveaway rewards cannot be combined with other marketing programs.
Agreement to Rules: By participating, users agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and acknowledge full responsibility for their participation.
